Today I discuss the possibility of a class action or other suit to gain full practice authority and review a Supreme Court case against the North Carolina Dental board. I also respond to a Facebook thread about non-compete clauses and how the answer as to sign or not should always be…It depends! I also reply to a person who had a contract that their employer wants to change and not for the better. I give my recommendations of what info you should get and why.
