Today I respond to a question about how to handle safety issues like unsafe drivers and how to not violate HIPAA. I give a little background about the landmark Tarasoff case that created a duty to warn and how that may extend to you in certain situations. I also respond to a comment on a previous episode from a new Ohio NP including what is going on with Ohio’s BON new rules, addiction medicine, specialties and multiple jurisdiction licensing.
