I apologize…this episode was recorder Friday and I am just publishing now! On this episode I respond to discussions regarding whether it is lawful for a patient to record their visit and how I would handle the situation. I also add a little more to the opioid crisis discussion brought to my attention from a friend and listener. Last, I follow up with a court decision in Pennsylvania that now requires in-person informed consent, how it applies to me and my recommendations about consents!
